U16 Indoor League

Afternoon all,

Thank you all for entering this year’s U16 Indoor League at The Davison’s Leisure Centre in Worthing. The league came to an exciting end last weekend where Bognor CC were crowned champions following victory over Worthing CC, Chichester finished as Runners Up following Goring’s withdrawal.

Attached are the final results and league standings for the 2012 competition.

This year’s competition has been a huge success, very competitive and played in good sprit, all teams have contributed something to this competition and I thank you all for supporting and entering the competition.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Mark Haggart (Centre Manager) who has supported this event from the very start, umpiring games, recording results and providing the venue which, without we would not have a competition – so thank you Mark!

I would welcome any feedback any of you have regarding the competition, any improvements to be made, ideas on how we can go forward and make this even better.  We will look to run indoor leagues again next year at U16 level and any other age groups that clubs are interested in (depending on interest).

Finally, congratulations to Bognor CC on winning the 2012 U16 Indoor League and good luck to all clubs for the upcoming 2012 season and we hope to see you all at the PROBIZ County Ground at some point this season.!
